We accept all major credit cards, payments via PayPal or Bancontact, as well as instant transfer.


Shipping costs are calculated and displayed in the shopping cart during the payment process. We ship with DHL. Outside the EU we deliver - unless otherwise requested by the customer - by DHL Express. Additional duties may apply for orders in non-EU countries.

All orders are hand-packed by us personally and dispatched from the Munich location. Our goal is to pack and ship paid orders within 2 working days of receiving the order. We do not process any orders on weekends or local public holidays.


The return of orders should be convenient for you and at the same time resource-saving. For this reason, our parcels no longer contain paper return slips. If you want to return an order, you can simply request your return slip online. To do this, click on the “Request return slip” button in your customer account at under “Orders”. You will then receive an email from us with your return slip.

If you do not receive an email within two hours, please contact our customer service directly at or on +49 (0) 89 20061481. As soon as we have processed your returned goods, you will be sent by E-mail informed about it.
