COSTS & DUTIES

The shipping costs are free in Germany. EU and worldwide shipping costs are calculated and displayed in the shopping cart during the payment process. Outside the EU we deliver via DHL.

For some international orders in non-EU countries, additional duties may apply.


DELIVERY

Check your delivery address carefully, as rotated numbers, typing errors and incomplete address details are common causes of delivery problems.

Delivery times for shipped orders depend on your location and the regional logistics partners available there.

Shipments to some destinations may require a signature as proof of delivery.


HANDLING

All orders are hand-packed by us personally and dispatched from the Munich location.

Our goal is to pack and ship 100% paid orders within 2 working days of receipt of the order.

We do not process any orders on weekends or local public holidays.


SHIPPING TO NON-EU COUNTRIES

Orders shipped to countries outside the EU may incur additional duties and taxes. The logistics partner can request this from you before the delivery is completed. Check with your local customs office before placing your order.


RETURNS

If the delivery cannot be completed for any reason, the carrier can return it to us. See also refund rules.

RETURNS

The return of orders is free of charge.

We provide a shipping label containing all relevant information such like the return-address and the return label. The label is self-adhesive and can be put on your parcel quite easy.

If you want to return items from your order, please note the following:

- Always send individual items and sets back to us in their entirety and an adequate packaging.

- Please include the number of returned items in your e-mail for the return slip request.

- Please include the number of the order.

- Affix the prepaid return label to your package and send it back to us.



Processing of the return
As soon as we have processed your return, you will be informed by email.



CREDIT / BALANCE 

In the case of paid goods, the corresponding credit will be reimbursed no later than 14 days after receipt of the return.

We use the same means of payment for the repayment that you used for your original order.

If you have only returned part of your order, you will receive the corresponding partial amount from us.
