PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Invoice, iDeal as well as prepayment bank transfer.

SHIPPING

The shipping costs are free in Germany. Shipping costs from the EU and non-EU countries are calculated and displayed in the shopping cart during the payment process. We ship with DHL.

All orders are hand-packed by us personally and dispatched from our Munich location. Our goal is to pack and ship paid orders within 2 working days of receiving the order. We do not process any orders on weekends or local public holidays.

RETURN

The return of orders is free of charge.

We provide a shipping label containing all relevant information such like the return-address and the return label.
